In This Issue Equipment Links Teck - Duck Pond is a copper and zinc mine located in central Newfoundland, approximately 100 kilometres southwest of the city of Grand Falls-Windsor (30 kilometres south of Millertown). The mine achieved commercial production in April 2007. Differential flotation produced copper and zinc concentrates, which were trucked to the port of St. Georges on the west coast of Newfoundland.
